Troubleshoot possible bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, so I could use some help in troubleshooting it. Using Ampache which has been flawless, I decided it was time to add some video files to my library, but it causes it to crash with:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 51 bytes) in /usr/share/ampache/www/modules/getid3/module.audio-video.quicktime.php on line 653"

I asked on the Ampache list/forum and one of the helpful mods there suggested it was an issue with getID3 choking on a tag it did not like. I'm sure what I've posted is of little value to debug the issue, so can someone guide me to posting some useful debug trace info so I can attempt resolve this? So far I'm not sure how to even find the version of getID3(). I'm assuming it's a library called by ampache to gather tag info from files. I was not aware that video files carried id3 tags, but I guess I'm wrong there?
