Cannot analyse files from CDN

Postby cassianotartari » Tue Apr 28, 2015 2:13 pm

Hello!

I'm trying to get working getID3 under Amazon Web Services architecture. My assets are under a bucket in Amazon S3 and in a EC2 instance I'm trying to retrieve information from a test picture. But getID3 throws:
Code: Select all
Could not open "https:/media-archive-floripa.s3.amazonaws.com/medias/original/2015_04/Lockheed_Martin_F-22A_Raptor_JSOH.jpg" (does not exist, or is not a file)

Code: Select all
$meta = $getId3
                ->setOptionMD5Data(true)
                ->setOptionMD5DataSource(true)
                ->setEncoding('UTF-8')
                ->analyze($path);

I've tried $path as "https://media-archive-floripa.s3.amazonaws.com/medias/original/2015_04/Lockheed_Martin_F-22A_Raptor_JSOH.jpg" and using AWS SDK with "s3://media-archive-floripa/medias/original/2015_04/Lockheed_Martin_F-22A_Raptor_JSOH.jpg"

Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you, same problem. Doing the "///" hack but now it throws "unable to determine file format". I'll dig into code to see what can be done.
