Hello,

I am using getid3.

I am facing a problem with this is that it doesn't return duration for Video file format(.ogg, .mov, .mpeg, .mpg).

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Let me know what it does return. Especially interesting would be the contents of ['warning'] and ['error'] keys.

Assuming you're using something like $ThisFileInfo = $getid3->analyze($filename) then please copy-paste the output of

Code: Select all

echo '<pre>'.print_r($ThisFileInfo, true).'</pre>';
Note that MPEG video support is still incomplete and may only be approximately correct, but output of Ogg and Quicktime containers should be correct.

What version of getID3 are you using?
