what kind in $tagwriter->tagformats = array(''); for .wav

Post by GioMBG » Mon Mar 17, 2008 12:13 am

Hello All!
$tagwriter->tagformats = array('***');
if here '***' I put wav OR riff OR riff.wave OR riff.wav AND OR ALL UPPERCASE I always get an error:
Failed to write tags!
Tag format "RIFF" is not allowed on "riff.wav" files

Failed to write tags!
Tag format "riff" is not allowed on "riff.wav" files ... for every kind of try

THE QUESTION:
What kind string I have to put to process .wav file into:
$tagwriter->tagformats = array(' ??? ');
THANKS

You can't. RIFF tag writing is not supported.

You are, of course, free to write your own RIFF tagging module if you wish.

Ok James,
I don't know if I'm able, only one think:
a good similar module to take for start example?

Thanks
