First I'd like to thank you guys for this wonderful tool. This is my first post, mainly because I can't really figure out what is going on in this scenario. =)
So, I mainly use getID3 to find out SWF info, like width, height, framerate, and whatever. But I got stuck on one file that always returns me the "Error decompressing compressed SWF data".
The file is at http://opec1.corp.predicta.com.br/kron/barra.swf
Other SWF decompiling tools give me the correct info on the File, and getID3 always gave me the correct info for everything else. I am kinda worried that some form of compression or new file format from Adobe might not work right with getID3. I'm begging that this is an isolated case.
I'm using the 1.7.8b2 version.
Thanks a lot for any help

As best I can tell, it is simply a corrupted file. PHP's gzuncompress has no error tolerance -- if there's any kind of error it just returns false. Perhaps your other tools can handle mildly-corrupted compressed files better. This file is a SWF v6, nothing new here in terms of compression technology or anything.
