id3v2x composer tag

does getid3 read these? im writing myself a local music browser so that all my music is accessible and nicely presented.

the thing is, with cd's that have various artists, i dont want them to show up in my list as an artist if they just have 1 track - its just clutter;

rather just have the artist tag as "various artists", and the composer tag as the original artist - much cleaner that way

Yes, getID3() reads any ID3v2 tag (including composer). The data should show up in [tags][id3v2][composer]
