[1.7.8b1] Use of undefined constant GETID3_OS_DIRSLASH

Post by canoeguide » Sat Jan 13, 2007 10:58 pm

WindowsXP, getid3 1.7.8b1, Apache 2.0.59, PHP 5.2.0

Tried running demos.basic.php and received the following errors:

Notice: Use of undefined constant GETID3_OS_DIRSLASH - assumed 'GETID3_OS_DIRSLASH' in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\getid3\getid3\getid3.php on line 114

Notice: Use of undefined constant GETID3_OS_DIRSLASH - assumed 'GETID3_OS_DIRSLASH' in C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\getid3\getid3\getid3.php on line 132

Upon searching getid3.php, well it appears as if this constant isn't ever defined within this file.

Commenting out lines 112 through 132 (dealing with helper apps) solves the problem and allows demos.basic.php to function as expected. Not sure if this is a bug or if my environment is somehow causing the problem etc... searched the forums here for likely phrases and didn't find anything, and thought I'd inquire/ toss out a heads up, if this is actually a problem.

Thanks.

Seems I forgot to test the demos. Will be fixed for version.
